If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.

I paid 32$ for expedited (1-2 bussiness days) delivery but the items arrived after 7 bussiness days. I emailed and asked for refund but there was no response from the seller. Don’t pay for expedited delivery guys.

My son really wanted this necklace and we purchased it for his birthday. It is very nice looking and the chain looks like a nice quality however it did break on the first day he wore it. So for now, it is just sitting in the box waiting until we can find someone to repair the chain.
