Forged London is committed to providing the highest standard of jewelry - which is why we offer a lifetime warranty for our jewelry.

If your product damages or breaks, the Guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the same product (This includes size and color) - we ask that you send a photo of your broken piece to info@forgedlondon.com and cover the shipping and handling costs.

If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.

*Lifetime Warranty does not apply to items lost, stolen, damaged purposely, or damaged via a third party. Failure to provide a photo of the defective/faulty item voids the warranty*

This guarantee is applicable to any items purchased on or after July 17th, 2023 and can be terminated at any time.
