Dispatch times
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of placing your order. Orders placed on Friday after 9AM GMT will ship on the following Monday.

Please note that during peak periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas) dispatch times can extend to 7 working days from your order being placed.

The shipping times quoted above are estimated by Royal Mail. Delays with customs and local delivery partners might increase these. In some cases, international deliveries can take up to 25 working days to be delivered from you order being placed.

Unless you paid for tracked shipping, once orders have been dispatched from our warehouse, we cannot offer a refund or replacement until a full 25 working days has passed from the date of dispatch.

Duty, VAT and Other Fees

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise. Check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. FORGED London holds no responsibility for any such charges, duties or value added taxes that may be imposed by any relevant tax authority and any such duties or value added taxes may be charged to and payable by customers in addition to the price stated for the goods on this site.

Late or lost orders

When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as FORGED London take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or if requested to leave with neighbour or an outbuilding.

Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (25 working days for international items) - this is when Royal Mail classes items as being lost.

Items not received but tracking shows they have been delivered

This may happen when items are sent to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. In these cases, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from the Royal Mail website by filling in a signature request form.

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.

Why was my order cancelled?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are sure that that is not the case, please ensure the billing address matches the payment method you are using, and checkout again. Alternatively, please order again with a Paypal account. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days to the below address. All items must be in their original packaging and unworn to qualify for a refund.

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Products returned without the original packaging, or damaged, will not be processed. If your product is not eligible for a refund, we will not be able to ship back your merchandise.
